Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Sparks, NV to assist the Store Manager with daily store operations, training associates, and delivering outstanding customer service.

You will help meet KPIs, manage front-end activities, cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and promote the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty while maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• 1+ years as keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to travel between store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Support loss prevention and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS.
• Participate in store promotions and events.
