Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Colorado to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will help manage cash, merchandising, openings/closes, and inventory processes while promoting the store’s membership program to build customer loyalty.

The role requires strong leadership, multitasking ability, and good knowledge of retail operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement on the floor and at the register.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, store maintenance, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance, stock levels, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store, ensure cleanliness, safety, and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and elevate issues when needed.
• Support loss prevention efforts and adhere to company policies.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and participate in promotions.
