Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Proven experience managing daily store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all responsibilities of restaurant team members.
• Support the Restaurant Manager in meeting operational goals.
• Ensure Brand standards are met for food and beverages.
• Communicate shift priorities and results to team.
• Create shift deployment plans to cover positions.
• Coach team members with timely feedback.
• Delegate tasks to ensure smooth workflow and resources usage.
• Help train restaurant team members as needed.
• Oversee safety, security and profitability policies during shift.
• Prepare the next Shift Leader for upcoming shift.
• Ensure Food Safety standards are met.
• Manage inventory during the shift.
• Provide great guest service and coach others to do the same.
• Handle customer complaints and emergencies, resolving issues quickly.
• Manage cash over/short and adherence to cash handling policies.
• Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
