Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain an operationally excellent environment with coaching for crew.
• Communicate shift priorities and goals to team members.
• Support training of crew members as requested.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Create a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment per safety guidelines.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards.
• Manage cash over/short during shift.
• Ensure all products are prepared to Brand standards.
