Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a Shift Leader to manage daily shift operations, guest experience, sales performance, and brand execution. You will lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, train, and ensure adherence to policies, safety, and cash handling.

In the absence of the store manager, you will open and close shifts, resolve guest concerns, promote in-store promotions, control food costs and waste, and uphold product quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a fast‑food shift and training team members.
• Provide feedback and coaching on performance.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures.
• Promote sales through knowledge of in-store promotions.
• Open/close shift responsibilities and line organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks and provide feedback.
• Use the huddle board to position the team and follow policies.
• Ensure security, safety, and food safety procedures.
• Open and close shifts as needed.
• Provide great guest service and resolve guest issues.
• Promote sales through promotions and product knowledge.
• Count drawers and manage cash handling.
• Manage line and ensure product quality.
• Complete required e-learning.
