Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, with hospitality/restaurant management coursework a plus.
• Experience requirement includes minimum food-service experience with supervisory responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: supervise and guide team members during shifts and provide direction.
• Operational Management: oversee daily operations, ensure policy compliance and food safety standards.
• Customer Service: deliver prompt, friendly service and resolve guest inquiries or complaints.
• Financial Oversight: assist with labor cost control, inventory, and supplies management.
• Scheduling and Staffing: create/adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
• Safety and Compliance: enforce health and safety regulations and conduct routine inspections.
