Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures.
• Maintains inventory via daily and weekly inspections; receives inventory truck orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service.
• Provides coaching and feedback to increase team performance.
• Directs shift plans and drives operational results; ensures rapid, accurate product preparation and sale.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements and uphold brand standards.
