• Oversee operations, manage waste, and maintain a welcoming coffeehouse
• Delegate tasks, communicate clearly on the floor, and keep shifts on track
• Coach teammates in role responsibilities, product knowledge, and promotions
• Assist with bank deposits, inventory, and product orders when needed
• Own the shift and ensure smooth hand-offs to the next team
