Job summary

Caribou Coffee in Grand Rapids, MN is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee store operations in partnership with the GM/AGM. You will guide the team to meet goals, uphold SOPs, and foster guest connections while maintaining cleanliness and product standards.

Responsibilities include coaching, training, and delegating tasks, plus handling administrative duties and inventory. Ideal candidates bring 1+ year leadership or customer service experience and availability for varied shifts.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of leadership, restaurant, retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts focused on team engagement and guest satisfaction with a commitment to Make Fun Happen.
• Ensure correct deployment of daily plan, roles, and responsibilities.
• Coach and provide feedback to Team Members during the shift.
• Train team on role responsibilities, product knowledge and promotions.
• Perform administrative tasks with integrity (bank deposits, inventory, orders).
• Develop Team Members and discuss career growth.
