Job summary

Burger King is seeking an Hourly Shift Coordinator to lead a restaurant shift, driving sales, guest satisfaction, and team performance under the direction of the RGM and AM.

You will manage cash procedures, inventory, scheduling, and provide coaching to ensure fast, accurate service while upholding brand standards. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required; candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma, and 1–2 years of quick-service experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous quick service restaurant experience
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed

Responsibilities

• Profitability: follows cash control and security procedures, maintains inventory, receives truck orders
• Guest: motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with fast, friendly service
• People: provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to improve performance
• Operations: leads shift plans, ensures speed of service, directs station work, reviews results and upholds brand standards
