Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Follows cash control and security procedures.
• Maintains inventory and receives inventory orders.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations.
• Coaches Team Members to improve performance.
• Executes shift plan and drives operational results.
• Directs fast, accurate preparation and sale of products.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify improvements.
• Upholds brand standards and performs Team Member duties when needed.
