Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Shift Leader to guide on-shift Team Members and provide coaching to ensure an outstanding customer experience. The role requires adherence to Cajun Operating Company policies and strong leadership on the floor.

The position involves monitoring service, food preparation adherence, and executing opening/closing tasks while maintaining safety and accurate cash handling. Growth opportunities exist within a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• A high school diploma or GED is highly recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training is highly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures Church’s menu products are prepared and served per procedures.
• Ensures that assigned tasks are carried out by Team Members.
• Assists Team Members to prepare quality products and keep the restaurant clean.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Enforces safety and security policies and procedures.
• Manages opening and closing duties and shift checklists.
• Follows and enforces proper product procedures and storage rules.
