Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive team through strong leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards.
