Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a track record of world-class service.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive, high-performing team through strong leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout the dining experience.
• Resolve service issues with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise service and experience standards and coach as needed.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and support candidate experience and retention.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge and execution.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food and alcohol safety procedures.
