Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster a cohesive, high-performing team.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience and embody iconic hospitality.
• Resolve service issues with urgency, poise, and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards and provide performance feedback.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Support recruitment and training to sustain staffing quality.
• Communicate daily focus and feedback to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food and alcohol safety procedures.
