JOEY Restaurant Group seeks a General Manager in Dallas, TX to lead a multi-million-dollar restaurant operation with a high-performing team and a focus on guest experience. You will recruit, develop, and empower staff while delivering quarterly strategic goals across product, profit, environment and service standards.

The role demands 1–3+ years of leadership experience, compliance with local permits, and a passion for hospitality in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain local/state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality and world-class experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Able to walk/stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards.
