JOEY Restaurants in Dallas seeks a General Manager to lead a multi-million-dollar operation and a high-performing team. You will attract, develop, and empower partners, and execute quarterly strategic goals while upholding standards of product, profit, environment, and guest experience.

As a strong coach and servant leader, you will drive guest satisfaction, manage budgets and recruitment, and champion a culture of People Development.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality and a proven track record of creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Be able to walk and stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly and attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency, poise, and good judgment.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards; provide impactful coaching.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and support employee development.
