Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Passion for hospitality with a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

As aShift Manager, you will directly contribute to the overall success of a multi-million-dollar Restaurant and its people. In this role, you willbe responsible forattracting,retaining, and developing a high performing team, while driving their personal growth. You will efficiently deliver and execute quarterly strategic planning goals while upholding the highest standards in product, profit,environmentand experience.

Duties

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team environment through exemplary leadership.

• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with a sense of urgency, poise, and good judgment.It’sYour Business.

• Follow all food and alcohol service and handling safety precautions and procedures.

Basic Qualifications

• 1-3 + years leadership experience(If you have high potential but less experience, we still want to meet you!).
• Must have or be able to obtain valid local and/or state Food Handler and Alcohol Server/Seller permits.
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a proventrack recordof creating world-class hospitality experiences.
• Thrivein adynamic,fast-paced work environment.
• Be able towalk andstand for prolonged periods of time; frequent bending, reaching, and stretching; repetitive manual tasks;and liftand carryup to50lbs.
