JOEY Restaurants in Dallas, Texas seeks a Front of House Manager to lead our second Dallas location during opening summer 2026. You will build a high-performing team and drive guest experience while managing operations and quarterly planning.

You'll recruit, coach, and develop team members, uphold our service standards, and partner with kitchen leadership to deliver exceptional hospitality. This role requires leadership, flexibility, and a passion for world-class guest service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years leadership experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol permits.
• Passion for hospitality and world-class guest experiences.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and move for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Foster a cohesive and collaborative team through exemplary leadership.
• Provide guests with friendly, attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Resolve service issues and guest complaints with urgency and poise.
• Assist with managing store sales, budgets, cost of goods, and labor.
• Supervise and coach service and experience standards.
• Build sales opportunities and positive guest experiences.
• Fulfill recruitment needs and retain team members.
• Support training and development of technical knowledge.
• Communicate daily focus to service and kitchen teams.
• Follow all food and alcohol safety procedures.
