Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and service.

• Prepare fresh subs and ensure quality per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members across shifts.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food‑safe environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution including opening/closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, rotation, and waste minimization.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager daily.
