Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience required.
• Leadership experience or readiness for a leadership role preferred.
• Ability to lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong communication with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during assigned shifts with positive leadership and high customer service standards.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure every customer has a Sub Above experience.
• Prepare fresh, high-quality subs per Jersey Mike's standards.
• Coach, support, and motivate crew members during shifts.
• Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe environment.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Manage shift execution, including opening and closing tasks.
• Assist with inventory, product rotation, and minimize waste.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager daily operations.
