Job summary

Jersey Mike's in Kent, WA is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, model outstanding service, and ensure a warm, efficient guest experience. You’ll lead by example, coach Crew Members, prepare subs to Jersey Mike's standards, and support training and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, food service, or customer service is preferred.
• Leadership experience or readiness for a leadership role.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team during shifts with positive leadership and excellent customer service.
• Deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure subs meet Jersey Mike's standards.
• Train and onboard new team members, maintain food safety and cleanliness.
• Support the General Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations.
