CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution, and enhance customer service at CVS/pharmacy. You will lead staff when managers are absent and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and a commitment to safety and quality. You will supervise daily operations, assist customers, merchandise, and maintain stock while delivering a positive shopping

Competenze

Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Mansioni

Lead store staff when manager or supervisor is unavailable.
Supervise activities and communicate with store management and crews.
Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
Price merchandise, stock shelves and manage displays and inventories.
Reset departments following planograms.
