Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the United States to support the CVS Store Management team, drive store execution, and build consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the store staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and help maintain merchandising and safety standards.

Responsibilities include supervising the crew, communicating with management, assisting customers, pricing merchandise, stocking

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when no manager or Operations Supervisor is onsite to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise the store’s crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality in all interactions.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and execute displays and weekly promotions.
• Reset departments following POGs and manage off-shelf merchandise.
