Job summary

PLS is a retail financial services provider seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our store team and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting operating objectives. You will perform duties of a Customer Service Representative and assist the Assistant Store Manager in daily store operations.

This role requires solid management experience, ability to engage customers, and the capability to motivate staff to exceed expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail or restaurant.
• Strong customer engagement abilities and relationship-building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, collaborative leadership with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to ensure outstanding customer service and achievement of store goals.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations and staff supervision in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Coach team members on transactions and customer service while ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Support marketing and community outreach efforts and help manage schedules and store audits.
