Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a dedicated Shift Supervisor to lead on-shift teams and ensure outstanding guest service. You will train new staff and ensure cash handling and brand standards are followed across daily operations.

This role requires the ability to manage opening and closing tasks, operate the POS system, and uphold food safety and quality across all products. A friendly, proactive attitude and reliability are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments.
• Ensure proper food handling and safety procedures.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and policies.
