Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and uphold brand and food safety standards across our travel plazas in the United States. You will train new team members and monitor cash handling compliance.

The role requires strong cash handling, customer service, and leadership capabilities, with flexibility to work varying shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Demonstrates the ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve customer concerns.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures and checklists.
• Operate POS system and process payments following cash handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Assist in training new team members and cross-sell products.
