Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Hourly Champion to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and to take ownership and responsibility to solve problems. You will help ensure customer satisfaction, food safety, and efficient service while leading by example and guiding fellow team members.

Responsibilities include executing routine tasks, maintaining neat appearance, and staying focused on customer needs with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction by executing the MIC Success Routine and ensuring responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
• Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
• Ensure that all employees present a neat and uniform appearance and wear the company uniform.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority and respond with urgency.
• Maintain food safety, quality and accuracy of orders and resolve customer complaints quickly while keeping positive relations.
