Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a shift leader to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will take ownership to solve problems, while guiding teammates and maintaining high standards of service and food safety.

You will execute the MIC routine, ensure shift tasks are completed, and uphold neat appearance and uniform policy, contributing to consistent customer satisfaction and team cohesion.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to do basic business math.
• Able to stock shelves and coolers.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry trash containers.

Responsibilities

• Support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.
• Take ownership and responsibility to solve problems; seek help from others when appropriate; provide guidance to others.
• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
• Ensure consistent customer satisfaction and greet customers warmly.
• Maintain food safety, quality and accuracy of orders; resolve complaints quickly while keeping positive relations.
