Taco Bell is seeking an energetic Store Manager (RGM support) to run great shifts, lead teams, and uphold brand standards. You will own shift operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and model excellent hospitality.

Responsibilities include MIC routines, team development, food safety, and inventory control. This role rewards initiative, teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem solving in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check criteria and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsabilités

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) routine and complete People, Customers and Service tasks.
• Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks.
• Maintain neat appearance and wear the uniform.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive relations.
• Greets customers with a smile and speaks politely.
• Work with urgency and with management and peers as a team.
• Help peers and provide guidance as needed.
• Provide regular feedback and participate in training of Team Members.
• Assist with cash control, inventory and labor management.
• Ensure proper food preparation, rotation and holding times.
• Support facility maintenance and health/safety standards.
