Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking a Shift Leader in Fairview Heights, IL to assist the Store Manager with daily operations and customer service. You will train associates, manage cashiering, opening/closing, merchandising, and inventory tasks while promoting the store's membership program to build loyalty.

You will lead by example to drive sales, support KPI achievement, and maintain store standards in a fast-paced environment. Prior retail supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Train and develop sales associates for product knowledge and customer engagement.
• Assist with replenishment, fronting, cash handling, merchandising, and store upkeep.
• Open/close procedures, ensure safety and cleanliness, and ensure loss prevention.
