The position emphasizes hands-on leadership during peak times, driving service standards, safety, and training for Crew and shifts. Candidates should be prepared to uphold quality and compliance in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe® food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitor prompt, friendly customer service on shift.
• Ensure menu items are prepared and served to standard.
• Oversee team members and assign tasks.
• Assist in quality product preparation and restaurant cleanliness.
• Lead by example and enforce safety/policy procedures.
• Oversee opening and closing duties per shift checklists.
• Ensure proper receiving, storage, and rotation of food.
• Maintain professional leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensure on-time attendance for all employees.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
