Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Leader to coach and develop Team Members on shift, ensuring outstanding customer experiences and adherence to Cajun Operating Company policies. The role emphasizes service excellence, proper food handling, and maintaining a clean, safe restaurant environment.

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, you will monitor service quality, guide team performance, and support daily operations including opening/closing duties and shift leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED recommended.
• ServSafe food safety training recommended.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and ensures prompt, friendly, and courteous customer service.
• Ensures menu products are prepared and served according to standard procedures.
• Ensures that assigned tasks are carried out by Team Members.
• Assists Team Members to prepare quality products, provide service, and maintain cleanliness.
• Demonstrates proper procedures for Team Members to follow.
• Ensures safety and security policies are enforced.
• Performs opening and closing duties as required on shift checklists.
• Follows and enforces proper product procedures for menu items.
• Follows procedures for receiving, handling, and storage of food products with proper rotation and icing.
• Maintains professional leadership behaviors at all times.
• Ensures on-time attendance by each employee for shift.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
