Job summary

Five Below Inc. seeks an experienced store leader to drive customer service and daily store operations in Middleton, WI. You will train crew, manage front-end activities, and work with the store manager to achieve service score goals.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible schedule and potential overnight shifts are possible.

Qualifications

• Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring fast, friendly check out for guests.
• Lead assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals from the District Manager.
• Lead front end operations; ensure candy, soda, snacks meet brand standards.
• Ensure front-end equipment is in working order; train associates accordingly.
• Open and close procedures; maintain store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Perform store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, develop, and supervise crew members in partnership with store manager.
• Review corporate communications and react accordingly.
• Partner with leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Perform store maintenance tasks and stock room duties.
