O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may involve shift management in absence of leadership.

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities include leading customer service, managing showroom service levels, processing online orders, handling returns, invoicing merchandise, and performing opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain RSS Certification
• Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts
• Automotive systems and repair knowledge
• ASE Certification
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure execution of customer service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals as needed.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently per procedure.
• Ensure retail returns and exchanges are processed quickly and refunds issued accurately.
• Invoices for all merchandise before it leaves the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks.
• Ensure compliance with posted work schedules and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform all store opening/closing duties and day-end procedures; secure money and deposits.
• All other duties as assigned.
