Taco Bell in Santa Rosa is seeking a fulltime Shift Manager to support the RGM by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner. You will lead Team Members, ensure food safety and quality, greet customers, resolve complaints, and maintain store presentation.

Responsibilities include following MIC routines, training staff, managing labor, and assisting with facility maintenance to uphold health and safety standards.

Aufgaben

• Execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers and Service are completed.
• Ensure that all Team Members complete their Shift Excellence tasks for their assigned position(s).
• Ensure employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear the company uniform.
• Demonstrate that customer needs are the highest priority in all actions.
• Ensure food safety, quality and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.
• Greet customers with a smile and be polite and pleasant in all interactions.
• Work with urgency and cooperate with peers as part of a team.
• Assist with attendance, timekeeping and following posted work schedules.
• Provide regular feedback to the RGM on team performance and participate in training of Team Members.
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance, health and safety standards, and loss prevention procedures.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking and holding times.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
