Qualified applicants typically have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong math and analytical skills, and the ability to stand/walk for long periods. Transportation and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform basic business math.

Responsibilities

• Run great shifts in a self-sufficient manner and maintain smooth operations.
• Take ownership, solve problems, and guide team members as needed.
• Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and customer service.
