Job summary

Taco Bell franchise is hiring an hourly Champion to support the RGM by running great shifts and delivering excellent customer service in California. You will take ownership of shift tasks, ensure uniform appearance, and help teammates while maintaining food safety and order accuracy.

Applicants must be 18+, pass a background check and drug test, have reliable transportation, and be capable of basic math. Most employees work 30+ hours weekly, with hours varying by need.

Responsibilities

• Execute MIC Success Routine and manage People, Customers and Service tasks.
• Ensure shift team completes Shift Excellence tasks and presents a neat uniform.
• Maintain food safety, quality, and order accuracy; resolve customer issues promptly.
• Greet customers warmly and maintain a positive, helpful attitude with guests.
• Assist RGM and peers as part of a team; lead by example and take initiative.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and labor in coordination with management.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed and assist with facility maintenance.
