Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking a shift leader to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great shifts in a self-sufficient manner.

You will execute the MIC (Manager-In-Charge) Success Routine and ensure responsibilities under People, Customers, and Service are completed, while maintaining health and safety standards and keeping food quality and customer satisfaction as top priorities.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring Consistent Customer Satisfaction
• Ensure that all Team Members complete the tasks for their assigned position(s)
• Ensure all employees present a neat, clean appearance and wear company uniforms.
• Personally demonstrate that Customer needs are the highest priority
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
• Cooperate with peers as part of a team and help others when they need a hand
• Developing people by providing regular feedback to the RGM on the performance of Team Members
• Handle conflicts constructively and work with RGM to achieve a resolution
• Assist in Profit and Loss management by following cash control/security procedures
• Maintain inventory and manage labor
• Oversee proper product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times
• Assist RGM with facility maintenance and ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
