Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will lead the crew, model the brand standards, and ensure a consistent mind-blowing experience for customers.

You’ll train teammates, manage shift operations, and coordinate with the Shop Manager to maintain inventory, cleanliness, and performance standards, with a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred
• No disciplinary action in past 90 days
• Food Handler Permit/Certification required by state/local regulations
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates and tests under policy requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally
• Ensure shift readiness for specials and promotions
• Assist with inventory management, till counts, and cleanliness standards
• Communicate issues and wins with shop leadership and attend mandatory meetings
