Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead who guides the team to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience on every shift. You will train new Broistas, manage shift operations, and ensure adherence to standards and policies.

You will collaborate with the Shop Manager on inventory, culture-building events, and performance feedback. A strong communicator who can handle flexible hours will thrive in this role.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Brorista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Complete and maintain mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests per company policies/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and ensure the team has energy and attitude for customers.
• Model and deliver Broista training on operational and cultural standards.
• Assist in inventory management, communicate with leaders, attend meetings, and keep shop clean and compliant.
