Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Montgomery, AL is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and values on every shift. You’ll lead a team, handle inventory, and ensure readiness for promos while maintaining a mind-blowing customer experience.

Responsibilities include training new Broistas, modeling our standards, and communicating with shop leadership. Availability for 32+ hours weekly, with flexible shifts, is required. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance after joining.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Flowcheck score 90% or better and on time.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations.
• Ability to complete and maintain mandatory certificates and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate the Dutch Bros atmosphere and standards on shift and solve problems on shift.
• Manage the shift and ensure team is prepared for specials and promotions with positive energy.
• Model and meet Broista expectations and train new Broistas.
• Assist with inventory, communicate wins/opportunities to leadership, and adhere to policies.
