Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a Shift Lead in Fort Wayne to uphold the shop’s culture and standards on every shift. You will supervise the crew, model the Broista role, and train new teammates while ensuring a consistently mind-blowing guest experience.

As a shift leader, you’ll manage inventory, assist with scheduling, and maintain cleanliness. Benefits include paid time off, insurance options, and growth opportunities within a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days is required.
• Must have 90% flowcheck score or better and be on time.
• Prerequisite to employment is Food Handler Permit/Certification per local regulations.
• Must complete, pass and maintain mandatory certificates and trainings per company standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver a mind-blowing guest experience.
• Ensure the shop is prepared for specials and promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Model and teach drink and operational fundamentals to Broistas.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally on the Manifesto during onboarding.
• Assist the Shop Manager with inventory, scheduling, and cleanliness standards.
