Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in the United States is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will be a servant leader, communicate feedback to leadership, and handle busy moments so the crew can focus on delivering a mind-blowing experience to every customer.

The role requires at least 6 months of Broista experience (preferred), maintain a Food Handler Permit where required, and a flexible schedule with at least 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Must complete and maintain mandatory certificates and training per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to create a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Ensure shifts are prepared for specials or promotions with the right energy and attitude.
• Model, train, and mentor Broistas operationally and culturally.
• Oversee inventory setup, cleanliness, and safety following policies.
• Communicate with management about wins and opportunities for improvement.
