Dutch Bros Coffee is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead in Mason, OH. You will uphold the brand’s culture and values while leading a team during shifts, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and smooth operations.

You’ll train new Broistas, manage daily duties, and coordinate with leadership on feedback. The role requires flexible hours, 32+ per week, and a strong focus on policy compliance and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action in the past 90 days.
• Flowcheck score 90% or better and on time.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler permit/certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Must complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests per policy.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Prepare for specials/promotions and maintain energy/attitude.
• Model and train Broistas in operations and culture.
• Cover all aspects of the Manifesto during training.
• Assist Shop Manager in inventory, setup, and cleanliness.
