Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and ongoing training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Handle administrative duties including ordering inventory, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as on-shift decision-maker.
