Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager who partners with the General Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a standout guest experience aboard a fast-paced coffee shop. You will train and develop the team, uphold safety and cleanliness, and act as a reliable on-shift leader.

This role blends accountability with a people-first culture to grow the store and the Ziggi’s brand through consistent, friendly service.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and adapt to any role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and a strong understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment that prioritizes guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate consistently and clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, preparing deposits, and entering invoices.
• Assist in upholding health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
