• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a fast-paced coffee shop.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations and drink quality standards.
• Able to lead by example, give/receive feedback, and fill in as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Completed required training modules and understands brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience.
• Communicate consistently with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including inventory orders, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and act as a reliable on-shift decision-maker.
