Job summary

Anchor Point Management Group is hiring a Shift Lead for our Cincinnati, OH location. You will oversee shift operations, lead the on-shift crew, and ensure high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service. You’ll handle orders, guide teammates, and maintain a fast, friendly, and safe work environment.

You should be comfortable working early mornings and weekends, with prior leadership experience and strong teamwork. This role reports to the stand management team and supports daily operations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and late nights.
• Regular weekend availability.
• Previous management or leadership experience preferred.
• Accurate order taking and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Know all recipes and secret menu items.
• Lead the on-shift crew and manage shift operations.
• Ensure drink quality, customer interaction, speed, and energy.
• Train and develop team members.
• Collect payments and give correct change.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety according to standards.
• Communicate with stand management about developments.
