• Stock and clean while bending, twisting, squatting.
• Safely move around cars in the drive-thru lane.

Responsibilities

• Can converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Know recipes and secret menu items.
• Be knowledgeable of stand processes and procedures.
• Own the shift operations: drink quality, customer interaction, speed, and energy.
• Communicate relevant developments to stand management.
• Assist management with training and development of team members.
• Handle payments and give correct change.
• Prepare drinks and premixes.
• Maintain urgency and customer focus during shifts.
• Build personal connections with customers daily.
• Know menu and customizations inside out to suggest improvements.
• Present best self at work with hygiene and attire.
• Familiar with shift change duties and weekly chores.
• Follow safety and sanitation standards consistently.
